HOW I SHOT THIS
Devon gave Myron a resounding yes (albeit in disbelief, haha).
She couldn’t believe he pulled this off but did so with flying colors.
After a few natural light portraits, we scooted on over to the west side of the Hyatt Regency so that we could enjoy this spectacular sunset.
On this afternoon I set up two flashes, a @GODOXGlobal AD200 Pro II as my key light diffused with a @magnetmod MagSphere and MagGrid.
The second light was a Godox AD100 Pro with a CTO gel behind and besides the palm tree seen here.
I did so because I wanted to emulate the golden streaks of light that were still coming through with what little daylight we had left.
After dialing in my ambient exposure, these are the results I came up with.
I’m quite pleased with them considering we were burning daylight fast. All of these were taken in less than give minutes; the gnats were killing us (and the baby! 😢)
