I'm building my portrait portfolio with a Canon T6+50MM 1.8. I was going to cash out & get the Canon 85mm 1.8. But this lens is have the price & image quality seems good. What would you do in this situation ?

I'm also shooting with the EOS RP, but I only have the 50mm 1.4 and a 10-18mm EF-S lens,
And I need an 85mm but they all so expensive, so this looks like a suitable option until I can afford a more expensive version.
Was wanting to get the 85mm F1.8 Tamron with VC, but its literally double the price…

I love this video. I am buying this cheap but nice camera mainly for stills. I think it is definitely better than my now aging Nikon d7200.
How Is the battery performance of the RP in your experiences, how many photos you can take with a single battery, i know the 250 photos in the expects, please share your real life experience 🙂
Why this over the Canon 85mm 1.8 USM? that lens can be got for £200 used, just got one myself for even less and finding it very good, it's quiet too – for photos at least
Can I ask you how the electronic viewfinder is behaving? Do you notice a slow down or stutter while shooting or a delay or anything? Im really in doubt about the RP or the 6dmk2 because of the viewfinder.
