A tutorial of transforming any photo to a line art vector using Inkscape. Line art is easy to create with the help of Bazier Tool from Inkscape, Bazier Curves are precise in tracing and easy to work with. It is similar to the Pen Tool option of Illustrator.

Hi i know i am late in the game. but i seen this and it is EXACTLY what i needed. however the new inkscape looks so different to your video! therefore i tried to do what you doing and it would not let me adjust the drawings like you doing in video. can you assist? all im doing is piut more on top every time i try to press the drawing like you did but it wont work!
I was debating about installing Inkscape, since my Illustrator sub is over, or resubbing to Adobe. I'm going with Inkscape after seeing this tutorial. Usually I don't consider speed runs helpful, but this was splendid. Thank you.

For Goodness Sake. Put a Voice on your tutorials. All your videos have good contents except that only for artistic demonstrations. Not a material for amateurs to follow. The whole process darting around too fast and with the zany music gives us a spinning headache.

how did you change the shape of the Bezier lines? they are like ellipses
You use a node at the end of your line to adjust the thickness of your line…I don't have that…there isn't a circle node at the end of my lines that allows me to do that…I only have the path nodes and the handles available to me on each line. What am I missing? Do I have to wrong version of Inkscape? Is there a setting I need to adjust? Please help!
