Cinematic nude photography is a branch within art nude photography that takes its inspiration from the look and emotional language of cinema. Usually it avoids the standard posed studio shot and instead makes people think that it is a still from an imaginary film.
With this in mind, dramatic lighting, moody shadows and night scenes are are often used, as well as distinctive colour grading or an unusual tonality.
In this special tutorial master photographer PETTER HEGRE and his talent Emily take you to the very centre of American filmmaking, namely Hollywood in Los Angeles. The place has become synonymous with the American film industry over the years. Famous studios, like Disney, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., and Universal Pictures, were all founded in Hollywood.
