I almost never watch instructional videos. It takes too long to get relevant information. I don't even know why I chose to watch this particular video. I'm a macro nature photographer. But I had been thinking lately about using human studio portrait techniques on nature subjects brought into a studio and the title implied it would show a complete workflow. All this just to say I though this was one of the absolute BEST workflow videos I have ever seen. Well organized, very thorough and jammed packed with useful information…and it moved right along. Thank you very much. Yes, you have skills, skills acquired over a long career…
Looking forward to an AI just doing this to each and every random picture of some ugly bastard to look like some fake filtered Instagram "model" in the end, just so everybody feels "handsome or beautiful". All fake reality. How sad.

How do you fix reflections of glasses?
hmmm. If the skin color is even and spot on naturally, well yes, this works. But if it isn't there is much more work to do. Pale skin with red spots is another tier.

I'm having a challenge with the last step in Photoshop. When I save in the latest version of Photoshop, it's not updating the file back over in Lightroom. Is there something I need to change in my settings to get Photoshop to send the file back over to Lightroom?

It's nice tutorial, but maybe if you use lightstands you would get more equal portraits, walking around with flash and softbox in your hand gives you different results everytime. I would say it is great workflow but only if you manage to get the same underexposed shot like this nad make it more effective. I would dare to say this is not good enough for professional portrait that most of photographers are looking for. Magazin headshot yes, serious business shot where people pose in suits with a tie for web page or portfolio no.
