    Get a small fireproof safe for your hard drives, etc.; It's a given that 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers.

    Yousef Karsh (spelling?) used to research his subjects before he did the portraits so that he knew at least something of who and what the subject was. Understanding the person made better portraits.

    Many businesses forget that 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers (clients). Those are your repeat business. And, every repeat customer was once a first customer.

    I'd laugh in this woman's face if she pitched me like that and save myself several grand with better photos. she literally exploits the illogical/emotional brides whose thirst for emotional support is all she needs to write a check.
