Fergus Greer has done a great job here of introducing us to a wide range of top=quality portrait photographers. Books like this can be so useful for inspiration, or validation that our own ideas are legitimate. Even if you do not intend to make portraits there’s so much to learn about creativity, lighting and working ethos. A great book that I have returned to again and again over the years.
