I really wish someone would make one of these tutorials with a normal image taken from a phone, not some hyper professional stock photo.

    Great content man!

I wanted to ask you about some tips or ways to get that smooth lighting from the beginning on the models skin face.

I have seen some of your retouching videos and tue starting points on their skin is very flattering , not harsh spot lights, etc.

Is it just the make up ? CPL filter ? Abu other tricks ?

    Thanks again Eli.

My sincere thanks go out to you! I have been searching for an easy explanation video like this, and I have seen nothing but nonsense about doing this and how to retouch jewelry. This is perfect—step by step with no fluff in between, straight to the point. Though I have learned a lot from this video, I would implement those in my AI-based tool autoRetouch since I found other photoshop tools a bit complicated; I am used to the AI-powered tool autoRetouch, and it has the wealthiest features compared to any other tool.

good presentation but thats alot of work for a single portrait. You make some good points and with a good non destructive workflow. here are some suggestions and I understand there are multiple ways to achieve the same result. 1) try using content aware fill unstead of the patch tool when removing or background elements. 2) insteal of adding grain in ACR try using a grain layer on top of your stack to control it easier. 3) Using a stamp with ACR at the end is a nice touch, but it can be done with adjustment layers. This prevents you having to stamp the image over and over in the event you want to make base changes. Keep up the good work, you have nice production value.
