I love the new Sony 135 1.8 GM lens◐◐>imgs.love/_SonyFE?93O It yields sharp results even wide open, produces stunning bokeh, renders color beautifully and I am seeing very little distortion, chromatic or spherical aberration. It focuses closer than any other 135mm lens I have used. I love the aperture ring on the lens, the two programmable focus-lock buttons (one of which I program to activate "Eye AF"), and the focus limiter switch. AF is quick and silent though in low light may hunt to lock on focus.

Only just seen this. Fair play Miguel you're different class. Superb images on the run.
the 135mm is perfect for headshots and does so better then a 85mm and also good for head shoulders and such
Honestly, the 135 though a pain because of the distance you have to maintain does make it easier with better subject isolation, bokeh, compression than a 35 minute. Allot more work compositionally with a 35 with all the distractions etc
focus sucks
At 5:06 it's clear the model wasn't comfortable about sitting on the dirty ground. Nor would I be. I would be cursing you for forcing me to soil my clothes and skin. Next step from there – is to put dirty shoes (or bicycle or car tyres) on the table.

Hi Miguel – I love you last photo, and the pic in the phone booth the best! The umbrella photo with the buttery background of umbrella color would have been great with the lens also!

My god…is depth of field all these guys know….these pics could have been taken anywhere….none of this took any skill at all !…. A great lesson for begginers….it takes no talent at all to take a decent photo….and this guy is proof !!!!!
use a proper video camera and not a DLSR, your focusing is too slow and apature is open too much.
Miguel, now that Sony released 3.01 firmware updates for continuous eye auto focus on shutter release, do you recommend using that or still using back focus? Thank you!

My eyes are still trying to recover from all the blurriness. I kept having to take off and put on my glasses to make sure it wasn't me.

Miguel do you find the 135mm f1.8 not being sharp. I bought it with great hopes but my sigma 105 f1.4 still beat it in sharpness

Miguel / Taylor love the concept of this and enjoyed watching you both but ….. Taylor your images after each preset your pushing for sales made your shots look and dull and underexposed. Sorry!
Why do such successful photographers do this with their sales and work. I know and I get it pays the bills but your images were not that good.

I saw the red phone box when you went for the Yellow wall and I was yelling at the Screen………."Red phone box…….Red phone box!!!!. Great video and hard to do with the 135mm , but boy she looks great with that focal length.
