I was looking at reviews and your video popped up. This was great! Definitely convinced me to purchase this lens for the future. A lot of the negative reviews were saying that this lens sucks for auto focus but I mostly shoot manual! 😉 Awesome video!!!
How do you get one to mount on to a nikon 3200d
I own the manual version and love it. Not so easy to focus sometimes, but at the end of the day, you will get many lovely pictures. Super lens.

ok probably good for resolving a 24mp, but sigma… I think is needed on 42 or more, off course half the price and half the weight is no brain choice

I purchased a Sony 85mm f/1.8 (used at $450 USD from Adorama) lens before Samyang brought out its 85mm f/1.4 lenses. I am quite happy with my Sony 85mm so I won't buy the Samyang version. However, if I were in the market for an 85mm lens, I would definitely consider the Samyang 85mm f/1.4 quite seriously!

I have this lens for my fujifilm xt1 and my photography looks 1000 better and i love it!
Is there a reason you like MF or AF? Sony offers great autofocus technology with eye AF. Especially when you're shooting moving targets, manual focus seems to be far inferior.

I have the Samyang 85mm f1.4 for the Pentax mount, Great lens, however color correction is bit of a issue. My Pentax version beats it hands down in this respect. However, when it comes to B & W film, it shines.
The yellow is just the coating, that's why it's clear and without any tint when you take images and you can only see the yellow as a reflection.
