What are the lighting situations you struggle with most? Will be making more of these in the future.

At 0:27 you show this picture where the sun is behind the subject on the corner. At 0:35 you show you settings however you don't say how do you meter/expose the subject. I could see that you were recomposing a bit.
If I may, would like to ask you the following:
1. Which kind of metering do you use? (Spot, evaluative, etc)
2. I guess you expose for the subject?
3. When you meter the subject, I guess because you are in manual you leave the settings as they are, that is, you adjust the shutter speed accordingly to expose the subject (I am assuming you expose for the subject) then you recompose and you don't change the anything right?
This bit is where I get confused if you recompose and you take the focus point from the subject face the meter indicator (small vertical lines) will change its position.
4. I guess you also under expose a bit to save some of the background (assuming again you are exposing for the subject)
