In this Snapseed tutorial, I have used Selective tools to make the skin brighter. One of the major things in portraits is the look of the eyes. Here I have used dodge & burn in the Brush tool to make them pop.

We all have Snapseed, Lightroom and Adobe photoshop in our Pc or Mobile but unless and until we know what all tweaks can make a pic awesome… they are useless.
