    so if I’m following this correctly… Say I’m shooting a stationary object in very low light, would it make sense to set ISO to 50 and shutter speed to say… <= 1/10? That way, I should get the least of noise grains and yet the brightest I can get?

    So move with the target, that way you’ll create a still shot with super cool background zoom effect.

    Since you showed photos shot in the day, please stop saying ISO will make your images noisy.

    Noise is because of low light, not high ISO.

    can someone explain about rule of thumb in detail: Shutter speed = Focal length x2 !?? is that like 50mm lens x 2= 1/100 above shutter speed!???

    Why does the R5 at 2500 ISO looks worst than my Z5? It's like 3k more expensive 😮

    Grainy photography can be a very nice style if you INTEND to have your photos grainy…. personally i love a bit of grain in my photos but if i want the photos to come grainy straight out of the camera i must be very precise in the settings…. Sometimes its easier to take sharp photos and put the grain during the editing process! ❤

    I tend to use a really high shutter speed and a burst function for sports photography. My camera’s card is really big, so I just hold the button until the kick or action is just before it’s climax, and then just hold the shutter button while the camera goes brrrrrrt

    Eh, what about fixed exposure? Around 1/60 at most 35mm lenses with create extreme brightness

  27. @moderspond Avatar
    @moderspond

    What happens is if I put my shutter speed over like 25 then the image is too dark even when I have tried to increase the brightness in any other way like iso

    I love slow shutter with moving subjects type photography, such as water falls, moving cars (so sometimes panning photos) and stuff like that cause it gives a dreamy type of vibe to it
