Waiting for Viltrox 85 1.2 LAB. 35 1.2 LAB beating all lenses – looks like medium format pics.
Anyone looking to use Viltrox lenses on the Red V-Raptor with Z-mount, just beware that these lenses do not work with the autofocus system. Found out the hard way. Tried the 35mm and the 135mm. Have not tried the 85mm as it was not out a month ago, but Viltrox and Megadap was unhelpful and Red stated only Nikon lenses are supported on Z-Mount at the moment.
colour casts affect how saturated an image will be, a warm lens will let fewer blues through to the sensor. usually things are cheap for a reason. still, very nice.
